It was a 3:30 a.m. transfer to the airport, for a friend of mine. I asked if it would be possible to escort her inside the terminal as she has not travelled a great deal, and this extra service was provided at no extra cost. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous, not "easy" at 3:30 a.m. 😀.
